You will need:

Kitchen towel
stencils
Textile color
Small fine-grained sponges
or a stencil brush

Here's how you do it
1. Buy kitchen-stencils-design-kit6 from LLZ Stencils.dk
2. Prepare your kitchen towels. The wipes via llz stencils are ready to press. If you have some tea towels yourself, wash and iron them before you go. Especially if they are brand new.
3. Place your tea towel on a piece of cover paper or the like on a table.
4. Place your stencils on the kitchen towel. Tape them with paint tape or place some weights on the stencils.
5. Put some textile color on the sponge or brush and dip it through the holes in the stencil. Use only a little color and dip several times.
6. Remove the stencil and allow the color to dry.
7. Heat-fix your stencil prints. With color fixing, your dishwasher can easily get in the washing machine.

NOTE: It is a good idea to do a few test prints to become familiar with the stencil technique. And to clean the stencil after use so it stays as new and ready to be used again and again.
