In general:
The Personal Data Policy applies to the personal data you provide in connection with purchases at LLZ Stencils.dk, and follows the Legal Basis of the EU Personal Data Regulation.

The purpose is that we can deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you, including to be able to manage your rights to return and advertise, and if necessary to contact you regarding relevant information about the product, you have purchased or contacted.

Registration of personal data:
When you shop at LLZ Stencils.dk, your name, address and e-mail are registered so that you can receive the products - or get answers to your inquiries. As well as any return or complaint agreement. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name and email address so that you can receive newsletters from LLZ Stencils.dk

Recipient of personal data:
Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and order number and specific delivery requests will be passed on to PostNord, GLS or another carrier who will deliver the purchased goods to you.

When you complete payment transactions at LLZ Stencils.dk, you can choose to have your payment information saved. Your payment and card information will be stored with LLZ Stencils' PCI (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) Certified Affiliate Quick Pay where applicable. The information is stored in a secure PCI certified environment that meets international security standards. From here, they can be reused when purchased at LLZ Stencils.dk

LLZ Stencils.dk's external data processors for, inter alia, technical operation of systems, may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors that process personal data on our behalf.

Some of these data processors, e.g. Google Analytics v / Google LLC. And Facebook Inc. is established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for transferring information to the United States are secured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. EU Personal Data Regulation.

rights:
You can request LLZ Stencils.dk at any time for information about what information we have registered about you. You will be asked to document that you are the one you are pretending to be. You have the right at any time to revoke the consent you have given us for any given processing of personal data, including for the transmission of newsletters.

You have the right at any time to lodge a complaint with the Data Inspectorate, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 København K, if you do not believe LLZ Stencils.dk stores and uses your personal information in accordance with the Legal Basis of the EU Personal Data Regulation.

Deleting personal data:
Information collected in connection with purchases you made on LLZ Stencils.dk will be permanently deleted when the right to advertise the product has expired. However, information can be stored for a longer period of time if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, eg if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, claimed or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements.

Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be deleted when your newsletter consent is withdrawn.
