Order:
The ordering of goods is via the webshop, LLZ stencils.dk
When ordering an item, you will receive an order confirmation by mail.
When your item is shipped, you will receive an invoice by mail. (You must have Adobe Reader to open the invoice).

Payment:
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard.
Transaction costs are paid by LLZ stencils.

Delivery:
All items are sent by letter or package with Post Nord.
A total of Euro is calculated for goods to be sent to the Nordic countries and the EU.

Delevery time:
Your item will be delivered to Postnord typically 1-2 business days from your orderYour item is typically posted 0-1 business days after your order. The actual delivery time follows PostNord's guidelines for the recipient country. From day to day delivery. Deliveries to customers outside Denmark must expect a longer delivery time.

Right of return:
There is no right of return for customers outside the EU / Denmark. (including Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland)

Cancel a purchase / right of return:
If you regret your purchase, you can, according to Danish right of withdrawal, cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your item. If you regret your purchase, we must be notified before the 14 days have passed. See the contact information at the top of the terms and conditions. You must pay for costs and return shipping. There is no right of withdrawal on company purchases for commercial companies with a CVR number. There is no right of withdrawal for associations and institutions. There is no right of withdrawal for specially manufactured goods.

Damaged product:
If your item has been damaged by Post Nord during shipping, you must immediately post to Post Nord and provide photo documentation. It is important to take a photo of both the packaging and the product, cf. claim for compensation at Post Nord.

Personal data:
For purchases we need more information: Name. Address. Phone number and e-mail address.
The purpose is to be able to contact you in case of doubt as well as to deliver your goods. See further in the section: "Privacy Policy"

Privacy Policy

In general:
The personal data policy applies to the personal data you provide in connection with purchases at LLZ Stencils.dk, and follows the Legal basis of the EU Personal Data Regulation.

The purpose is that we can deliver the products you have ordered and, in addition, fulfill our agreement with you, including to manage your rights to return and advertise, and to contact you, if necessary, regarding relevant information about the product, You have purchased, or requested.

Registration of personal data:

Your payment and card information will be stored at LLZ Stencils' PCI (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) certified partner Quick Pay. The information is stored in a secure PCI certified environment that complies with international safety standards. From here they can be recycled by purchasing at LLZ Stencils.dk

LLZ Stencils.dk's external data servers for, for example, technical operation of systems, may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality about these. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processing companies handling personal information on our behalf.

Some of these data providers, such as Google Analytics v / Google LLC. And Facebook Inc. is established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data processor's certification under the EU-US. Privacy Shield, cf. EU Personal Data Regulation.

rights:
You can request LLZ Stencils.dk at any time to provide information about what information we have registered about you. You will be asked to prove that you are the one you are giving up to. You are entitled at any time to revoke a consent that you have given us to a given processing of personal data, including for sending newsletters.

You are entitled at any time to file a complaint with Datatilsynet, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K, if you do not believe LLZ Stencils.dk stores and uses your personal information in accordance with the legal basis of the EU Personal Data Regulation.

Deletion of personal data:
Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on LLZ Stencils.dk will be permanently deleted when the right to advertise the item has expired.
